I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from CSU, Fullerton and my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
I have provided therapeutic services for adults, children, and families in various capacities including outpatient, in home and treatment settings. My approach to therapy is shaped by evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I view therapy as a collaborative space where my clients and I can gather data on what doesn’t work and try out new behaviors that may bring my clients closer to their values. I believe in the individual uniqueness of each person and in fostering a safe space where clients can be authentically themselves. It is my commitment to ensure that my clients are met with unconditional positive regard and quality care.
I am profoundly grateful that my clients allow me to witness their struggles, celebrate their successes, and support their developing confidence and healing.
