Director Of Client Experience
Theresa leads the administrative team, ensuring that the client experience is in line with our company’s mission and values, and managing the creation and implementation of a successful client experience. She excels at building strong, meaningful relationships within our team and community. Theresa manages the administrative work process and provides support to our clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
Theresa is highly organized and pays attention to detail to ensure a smooth client experience. She has a passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
Outside of her role, Theresa enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and surfing. She is a certified Recreational Therapist and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.
