Job Description:

As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a crucial role in offering holistic support to our clients. You will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, all aimed at enhancing the psychological and emotional well-being of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans
Provide individual and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field

Requirements:

A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Valid State licensure in California
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical therapy
Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
