What is Conscious Connected Circular Breathing?

Conscious Connected Circular Breathing is a gentle yet profound practice where we intentionally connect the inhale and the exhale, creating a continuous, unbroken flow of breath. This specific breathing pattern bypasses the everyday “thinking mind” and allows us to access deeper states of consciousness, promoting healing and integration on multiple levels.

    1. Welcome & Introduction (10-15 mins):We’ll begin with a warm welcome, an explanation of the breathwork technique, and an overview of what to expect. This is a chance to ask any questions and set your intentions for the session.
    2. Guided Breathwork Practice (15-50 mins):You’ll be gently guided into the conscious connected circular breathing pattern. Our facilitator will provide verbal cues and support, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. You’ll lie comfortably, often with an eye mask, allowing yourself to surrender to the breath.
    3. Integration & Grounding (10-15 mins):Following the active breathing phase, there will be a period of rest and integration. This is a crucial time for your body and mind to process and assimilate the experience. We’ll conclude with gentle guidance to bring you back into the present moment, feeling grounded and refreshed.
    4. Optional Sharing (A few minutes, if time allows):For those who wish to, there will be a brief opportunity to share your experience in a supportive and confidential space.
